Terri Shepherd

CEO

Terri is founder and CEO of Xact! Resources and Xact! Due Diligence. When she isn't leading the Xact! team, she is highly active with many member organizations. She is a National Director for the American Collectors Association and the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Collectors. She is also a committee member of the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Council and International Trade Subcommittee. Terri is also the treasurer for the executive committee of the Burnsville Chamber board. She is on the board of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions (AM&AA) and is a member of Risk Management Association (RMA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Her other business, Xact! Due Diligence, is a background investigation company that specializes in corporate and individual public record research. Terri enjoys speaking and providing training on credit and risk policies and collection procedures to associations and businesses.

Paula Doherty

Director, Business Development

Paula joined the Xact! team in 2010 to establish and grow Xact!’s business development efforts. Before joining Xact, she was the Director of Special Services at Hub Group, a $1.7 billion non-asset transportation company and North America’s leading provider of intermodal shipping, highway services, transportation management and supply chain solutions. Paula’s experience and proven record of leading highly skilled, cross-functional teams in design, development and leading-edge solutions and processes helps drive the growth of Xact! Resources and Xact! Due Diligence. Paula is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Risk Management Association.

Codi Breeggemann

Office Manager

Codi joined the Xact! team in 2001 as a part-time collector while still in college. She began working full time within the next year and since then has held multiple positions throughout the company and currently serves as Office Manager. Highly analytical and an adept problem-solver, Codi is always thinking of new ways to improve both the company and the products we provide to our clients. Codi enjoys leading the operations team and working with our clients.
